In his early live, he spent five years in N.D., one year in Minneapolis, MN
(SEE "LONG PRAIRIE LEADER", 1 AUG 1918, AND ARGUS- 15 APRIL 1917)
Lived in Long Prairie in 1932 (see mother's obit). Farming and Mercantile has
been his life. He was associated with C. T. Hanson in a store in Long Prarie,
and latter established "Beach's Grocery". 1924- appt. Villiage Recorder. 1926-
Financial Secretary of Trinity Lutheran Church. One of the first members of
Long Prairie Band. County Agent of Old Soldiers Relief for 25 yrs.
